Insurance & Payment Policy
Rojo Best IV Therapy does not accept insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care plans. All clients are billed directly and are personally responsible for payment. Payments are due at scheduling or service.
- 24-hour cancellation required; cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.
- Appointments canceled within 10 minutes of booking will not be charged.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable.
- If services cannot be provided due to provider availability, a credit or refund will be issued.
- Dissatisfaction with services does not qualify for a refund.
- If an IV cannot be completed, you will receive a refund minus an $85 medical assessment fee.
- If you misrepresent your age, medical history, or present under the influence, you will be charged in full but not treated.
By booking, you authorize automatic charges to your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Refunds or credits may take 2–3 business days to process.
